Returns & Exchanges

RETURNED ITEMS:

All returned items must have prior approval (RMA number assigned) and a 15% restocking fee will be assessed for overstock/ordered in error items. If an order is refused/returned without authorization, credit will not be issued and goods will be returned to the customer with freight charges billed. All items returned must be in their original package, unused and accompany an invoice or invoice # within 90 days of the ship date.

Statement of Warranty Policy:

For all ICI manufactured, stainless steel products, an unconditional 90-day replacement warranty will be honored. ICI electrical components are warranted against defect in material or workmanship for 90 days. For items resold by ICI, warranty determination will be based upon the manufacturers review of the item in question. All warranties begin at the ICI date of sale.
